We loved everything about this hotel, from the modern design to the friendly staff. The cleanliness of this hotel was perfect, and the facilities such as the spa, gym, and lounge were amazing. We also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby and the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the city center was within easy reach either by foot or by transportation.

Exceptionally comfy beds and an astonishing room design. The walk-in shower was a highlight, and being able to stream music and movies from my phone onto the Smart TV was a great feature. The hotel's location in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and breakfast places, was perfect for exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my business trip even smoother.

The A/C system in my room was a bit frustrating. It blew air directly on the bed, and the lack of exact temperature control made it difficult to find the right balance between too hot and too cold.

Beds where very comfortable, the stuff was fabulous. We visited restaurants and bars close to the hotel. It was an ideal place for our just perfect stay.

I loved staying here! The location is perfect, with everything close by and plenty of transport options. The service was excellent with room service, laundry, and airport shuttle available. The room itself was amazing, with ironing facilities, a safe, and a terrace to relax on. The spa was also fantastic, with a sauna, turkish bath, sun terrace, and garden area. The staff were very helpful and the wi-fi was great. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Well-designed accommodation with HANDY setting near the Galleria shopping mall, the Kazimierz.

Designer place, clean, good value. The employee who checked us in was helpful and the service was excellent. Fab location relatively close to Corpus Christi Church. The hotel had a fantastic bar and a very nice restaurant😀

This hotel enjoys a great location, being so close to the Galleria shopping mall and the river. Plus, it's just a stone's throw away from the old town, where you can explore the wonders of the castle or indulge in the delightful breakfast. The room facilities are impressive, with fresh bed linen and a water kettle available in no time. You'll appreciate the stylish furniture and modern design, as well as the willingness of the friendly staff to assist you during your stay.

There is a minor issue with the lighting system in the room, which can be very confusing and a bit too hot, despite the AC on the lowest setting.

Modern, clean accommodation with high tech facilities, including a tablet in each room for room service, tv, lights. Great location within walking distance of both the Jewish Quarter and New Town. Staff spoke excellent English and arranged our trips to Salt Mines and Auschwitz at reasonable prices. Breakfast outstanding, with fresh breads, cereals, fruit, juices. Generous complimentary hot drinks available in front foyer and Nespresso machine in room.

We loved the smart room layout and the Nespresso machine. The location is easy to navigate and we appreciated the free bicycle rentals. Although the buffet was crowded, we loved their delicious breakfast offerings. we recommend this hotel.
